The leagues vice president Nelson Pedro tells WLNE-TV the boards decision this week was in the best interest of the remaining players on the team.The Providence varsity team was removed from the league last month after team founder Alexandra Diaz said the coach let a young man believed to be at least 18 take part in several plays before getting kicked out.Diaz says the coach took full responsibility and was fired.
